What this site processes

The public website does not create visitor accounts. Standard web-server logs may record IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps for security and reliability. Embedded Twitch content is provided by Twitch and may use Twitch cookies or account data under Twitch's own policies.

Administration

The admin area uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie. Login attempts may be temporarily counted by IP address to prevent brute-force attacks. Administrator credentials are stored as salted password hashes.

Community submissions

If submissions are enabled later, the site should collect only what is needed for moderation and attribution. Submitted work must not be published without permission.

Third parties

Links and embeds may connect visitors to Twitch, Discord, Haven Development, and configured social platforms. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
